要約(日本語): 日本の製造設備の電気設備は老朽化が進んでおり、設備投資資源をいかに効率よく更新に振り分けるかが大きな課題となっている。この問題に対応するため、アセットマネジメント（ＡＭ）が注目を浴びている。本委員会では，電気設備のＡＭを進める上で重要な絶縁劣化に着目し，絶縁診断から得られたデータをもとに組み立てられるＡＭの具体例，解析システム，データベース構築について調査を実施した。主な調査結果は以下の通りである。
○一般製造業の電気設備について，診断方法，点検周期，補修方針の立案方法，更新決定の要因等を調査し、機器故障率を統計的に評価した。
○ＡＭの起源，リスクの考え方を整理するとともに，土木等の各分野におけるＡＭの視点や考え方、実施例を調査した。
○ケーブル、変圧器、電動機、遮断器について、劣化現象、適用されている劣化診断技術を調査した。
また、ＡＭを組み立てるために必要な寿命の考え方，余寿命推定の方法，故障時の影響・対応と重要度の決定方法，リスク評価・緩和の方法，更新計画の要点を整理した。

要約(英語): Electric equipment installed with plant infrastructures in Japan has become old. It is very important subject to utilize limited investment effectively for renewal. For this theme, there is a great deal of interest in asset management (AM) techniques. In this committee, investigations of concrete examples, analytical systems and the database architecture of AM assembled based on the insulation diagnosis data were surveyed for advancing AM of electric equipment. This technical report gathered up the following investigation results;
・We investigated the diagnosis methods, inspection interval　and the repair/renewal planning strategies about electric equipment in manufacturing industry. By using the results, we carried out the statistical analysis of failure probability.
・We surveyed viewpoints and examples of the AM in several fields, such as construction/ architecture fields.
・We digested aging phenomena and applied diagnosis methods for power cables, transformers, motors and switch gears has been carried out. We also digested a point of each item of definition of life, life estimation methods, failure impacts / managements, risk assessment /managements and renewal planning necessary to assemble AM.
