要約(英語): In the context of recent advances of big data management and network technologies, machine learning technologies including reinforcement learning, clustering, pattern matching will have great significant roles in terms of constructing of advanced intelligent systems.　 This committee investigates the latest developments of machine learning technologies which is expected to apply to various industrial applications, clarifies the issues in foreseeable feature, organizes class of problem for realistic applications and latest research trend, and proposes development guidelines for usage of machine learning application to both industrial and academic fields. 　In several investigations with respect to the above issues, some important technologies based on realistic applications-oriented machine learning techniques are found and classified.　 In this technical report, several topics with respect to realistic applications-oriented machine learning techniques are summarized.
