要約(日本語): 地球温暖化を防止する有力な方法として、太陽光発電システムや風力発電システムの導入が世界中で積極的に進められているが、これらの発電システムは配電網に分散されており、かつ時間的な変動が激しいため、これらの発電システムと電力ユーザを効果的に制御し、最適化できる送配電網（スマートグリッド）が国際的に注目されている。スマートグリッドでは、電気エネルギーを発電・伝送・貯蔵する設備とそれらの設備間で情報交換する情報通信設備が存在するため、それらの設備に対するEMC（電磁両立性）問題が存在する。このEMC問題を検討するために、電磁環境技術委員会に設置された「スマートグリッド・コミュニティのEMC問題調査専門委員会」（2014年10月～2017年9月）では、①欧州電気標準化委員会(CENELEC)におけるスマートメーターのEMC問題調査WG、②2kHz～150kHzのEMC問題調査WG、③スマートグリッドの雷障害/雷保護問題調査WG、④自動車からホーム(V2H)への電力伝送におけるEMC問題調査WG、⑤自動車におけるワイヤレス電力伝送(WPT)のEMC問題調査WG、⑥家電情報機器におけるワイヤレス電力伝送(WPT)のEMC問題調査WG、⑦Smart EMC検討WG、の7つのWGを組織した。本報告は、上記WGでの調査結果をまとめたものである。

要約(英語): Introduction of photovoltaic power generation systems and wind power generation systems is proactively promoted all over the world as a powerful method to prevent global warming. However, since these power generation systems are distributed in the electricity distribution network, and the fluctuations are intense, transmission and distribution networks (smart grids) that can effectively control and optimize these power generation systems and power users are gaining international attention. In the smart grid, EMC problem exists for these facilities because there are facilities for generating, transmitting and storing electric energy and information communication facilities. In order to investigate this EMC problem, “Investigation Committee on EMC Problem of Smart Grid and Community” (October 2014 - September 2017) established under the Technical Committee of Electromagnetic Compatibility set up 7 WGs (Working Groups) as follows: (a) EMC problem survey WG of smart meter in CENELEC (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization), (b) EMC problem survey WG in the frequency range from 2 kHz to 150 kHz, (c) lightning fault / lightning protection problem survey WG of smart grid, (d) EMC problem survey WG on power transmission in V2H (Vehicle to Home), (e) EMC problem survey WG of WPT (Wireless Power Transfer) in vehicle, (f) EMC problem survey WG of WPT in home appliance information equipment, and (g) Smart EMC study WG. This report summarizes the results of the survey in the above WGs.
