(1) IoT時代を指向するBACSの構成とサービスのあり方
(2) IoT時代に向けたBACnetのIPフレンドリーへの動向
(3) IoT時代に対応するBACSの設備制御
(4) IoT対応BACSを支えるクラウド技術
(5) 施設の維持管理とIoT
(6) IoT技術を適用した高圧地絡波形の要因分析
インターネットを通じて，BACSへの不正侵入，ウイルス感染，情報改ざん，サイバー攻撃に対して経済的なセキュリテイ対策が今後の課題である。

要約(英語): The recent technology is applied for not only as a hub of the technology with a conventional personal computer (PC), but also the practical use of new devices of a smart phone, tablet, and wearable device, the rise of an internet and a cloud application technology, the performance improvement of PC and the smartification for a terminal level device by decreasing cost, the realization of an ampliative development etc. of a service using the Web and the cloud. In this investigating R&D committee, the following facts are performed by the research and study.
(1) The present state of a constitution and service of the BACS aiming for the IoT era
(2) The trend to the IP friendly of the BACnet toward the IoT era
(3) The facility management of the BACS suited to the IoT era
(4) The cloud technology supported by the BACS suited to the IoT
(5) The management of facilities and the IoT
(6) The factor analysis of the high voltage ground fault waveform applied by the IoT technology
