要約(英語): This report summarizes the results of surveys of the current status of smart maintenance and future trends for improving power quality of demand equipment. Chapter 2 summarizes the current state of smart maintenance and inspection work, insulation monitoring technology, connection failure detection technology, and the use of drones for maintenance inspection in recent years. Chapter 3 summarizes the survey results on lightning countermeasure technology, natural disaster countermeasure technology such as earthquake resistance, salt damage corrosion, static electricity countermeasure technology, and EMC countermeasure technology of BEMS. Chapter 4 summarizes the survey results on the latest trends in power quality optimization technologies such as voltage fluctuation suppression and harmonic suppression. Chapter 5 outlines energy disaggregation technology and data storage technology. Chapter 6 summarizes the current status of smart design and construction management technologies. In Chapter 7, as a summary of this report, the direction of future maintenance technology was described.
