要約(英語): The role of the semiconductor power conversion technology has been more and more important to correspond to the issue associated with the realization of a low-carbon society as well as the dissemination of renewable energy. For further dissemination of renewable energy, power transmission and distribution technology have been developed and mode of energy utilization has been also advanced. Furthermore, the energy storage system and its application have been considered. To correspond to these situations, various power conversion technologies have been researched and developed. This technical report focuses on the latest high frequency power conversion technology based on advanced sophisticated energy utilization technology, research trend of power devices and circuit components which are closely elated to the circuit and control technology as well as power conversion circuit performance.
