要約(英語): This technical report aims at solving social issues such as stable power supply, environmental protection, and resilience. This report summarizes the results of research on energy service stakeholders in order to realize economic and environmental benefits in connection with the realization of this objective. This technical report describes the results of a review of the status of domestic and overseas power and energy service technology, standard specifications, and institutional design. In addition, the system specifications and the creation and dealings of adjusting power from customers' power resources, such as thermal storage systems, storage battery systems, generator systems, and air conditioning systems, which are considered to have high potential for energy services in Japan, Its control specifications will be described. It also describes the use cases of energy services that were examined for the purpose of proposing standard specifications in Japan and overseas, information models that realize use cases, and communication network specifications and security requirements that are required for system implementation. Finally, examples of the use of OpenADR, IEC 61850, developed for these energy services and used in demonstration tests in Japan and overseas, are described.
