要約(日本語): 近年，わが国では，ICT等の技術革新，再生可能エネルギー固定価格買取制度の導入による太陽光発電や風力発電の連系増加，および電力システム改革の進展に伴う多数かつ多様な系統利用者による電力系統の利用拡大など，電力事業を取り巻く環境が大きく変化している。このため，電力系統の運用は従来と比べ複雑化しており，電力の安定供給を確保していくためには，電力系統の給電指令と系統操作がより重要となってきている。 本調査専門委員会では，給電運用業務を取り巻く環境変化を踏まえ，電力系統における給電指令と系統操作，ならびに給電指令と系統操作を支援する機能などの現状について調査し，取りまとめた。

要約(英語): In recent years, there are big changes of electric power business environment in Japan, such as innovations of information and communication technology, the increase of photovoltaic and wind power generations connected to power system under the Feed-in Tariff scheme for renewable energies, and expansion of the number of user in power system due to the progress of electricity system reform. Therefore, load dispatching instruction and system switching in power system are more important for stable supply of electricity in the situation where the power system operation becomes more and more complicated.Our Investigating R&D Committee investigated and summarized the current situation of load dispatching instruction and system switching in power system, and the current situation of function to support load dispatching instruction and system switching, based on environmental changes in load dispatching operations.
