要約(英語): The effects of gas species and gap length on ozone generation of a homogeneous DBD type ozonizer were investigated. The maximum ozone yield by the oxygen fed homogeneous DBD type ozonizer was 33 g/kWh at specific input energy of 780 J/L, which is almost the same as that obtained by the air fed homogenous DBD type ozonizer. Although 55 g/kWh was achieved by the oxygen fed homogeneous DBD type ozonizer with 0.3 mm gap length, the yield drastically decreased to 30 g/kWh when high specific input energy was injected. However, the yield by the oxygen fed homogeneous DBD type ozonizer with 0.7 mm gap length was 54 g/kWh. The decrease of the yield was slight even when high specific input energy was injected.
