要約(英語): Although we have prepared Pr-Fe-B/α-Fe multilayered nanocomposite thick-film magnets by a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method, it was difficult to maintain the multi-layered structure through an annealing process. Namely, a transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation of the above-mentioned sample revealed that the microstructure varied from a multilayered structure (as-deposited) to a dispersed one through the annealing process. In this study, a Fe-Co phase instead of an α-Fe one as a soft layer was adopted in this study to investigate the mechanism of destruction of the multi-layered structure. It was clarified that the origin of the destruction exists in an α-Fe phase of an as-deposited Pr-Fe-B layer. Furthermore, the (BH)max value of an obtained film magnet was approximately 115 kJ/m3.
