要約(英語): This paper provides electrical and dielectric properties of artificial snow produced at a defined condition in a climatic chamber. Complex impedance of the artificial snow block was measured varying its Liquid Water Content (LWC). An equivalent circuit of the electrode system was also discussed. It was revealed that the complex impedance of artificial snow decreased with increasing LWC. Moreover, it was suggested that the change in LWC would provide a change in dielectric properties of artificial snow depending on the source frequency.
