要約(英語): More and more dispersed power sources will be introduced to achieve a low-carbon society in recent years. However, many problems may occur when they are introduced too much in the current power system. For example, it can cause a delay or impossibility of fault detection due to the decline of the protective relay sensitivity. This paper proposes a new system of protective relays for distribution lines using section switches with sensors to solve the problem. In addition, this paper shows the experimental results of the proposed system composed of Intelligent Electronic Devices based on IEC 61850.
