要約(英語): In order to establish a novel healthcare monitoring system for elderly people, this paper investigated temporal change of intraoral temperature during drinking cold/hot water and breathing. The temperatures were measured by four sensors located extensively on the palate. As a result, it was shown that from the temperature changes during drinking and breathing, there exist the possibility of these feeding behavior detection.
