要約(英語): The microbial administration is important in various areas. Examination for biochemical properties elucidate microbial by color. We identified the bacterium using examination for biochemical properties. As a result, the microbe was found to be Sphingomonas paucimobilis. However, the main problem is that identification probability was not indicated. We thought that it was mistake color recognition. We consider it is necessary to use L*a*b* color space in order to solve this problem.
