要約(日本語): Delamination at the electrode/epoxy interface in Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) represents one of the most serious defects in GIS spacers that can lead to breakdown. Therefore, it is important to diagnose this defect type by PD measurements. In this paper, PD characteristics for 50 micrometer delamination width are studied. Temporal change of PD characteristics are analyzed and discussed from the viewpoint of charge accumulation effect. This charge accumulation effect is confirmed by surface potential measurements before and after PD activity.
