要約(日本語): This paper presents an application of synchronized phasor measurement to controller design of Distributed Energy Resources in interconnected power system. The system information concerning characteristics of inter-area oscillation modes are collected by phasor measurement units. With the most recent data, an estimated power system model, including controller effects, is formulated as an extended simplified oscillation model based on synchronized phasor measurement and least squares method. The designed controller can be achieved by tabu search algorithm, with less effort towards the design specification. Moreover, the performance of designed controller can be evaluated directly and adverse effects among designed controllers can also be relieved. Some simulation results are given to exhibit the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed controller design method.
