要約(英語): A new procedure to obtain the time-resolved energy distribution of electrons in gas under a static electric field, the PT-FTI method, has been developed taking the circulation flow rate distribution through the loop of a flight and a collision as the principal unknown function. Iterative operations of two dimensional loop dispersion functions in time and energy domains to an initial starting energy distribution give a series of time dependent flow rate distributions in successive circulations. The time-resolved energy distribution and transport quantities of electrons in flight are derived from them. The fact that the PT-FTI method gives converging results the same as that obtained in the FTI method assures the validity of both the PT-FTI and FTI methods.
