要約(英語): The complex relative permittivity of distilled water selected as a material with a large relative dielectric constant is measured at C band using a condensing metal plate lens antenna and compared with the measurement value of the coaxial probe method. As a result, it is shown the possibility of measuring the relative dielectric constant up to 70.
